This Privacy Policy explains how Untapped Agents LLC ("Untapped Agents," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website at untappedagents.ai, submit our consultation form, or otherwise interact with our services. By using our website or providing us with your information, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
When you submit our consultation/contact form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, business email address, and, optionally, your mobile phone number. If you check our SMS consent box, we also record the fact and timestamp of your opt-in.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the site. We use Cloudflare's privacy-first Web Analytics (which does not use cookies or fingerprinting) and the same provider's network protection services.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to consultation requests and other inquiries you submit.
- Send service-related communications (e.g., consultation confirmations, scheduling, account or product updates) and, where you have opted in, marketing or promotional communications.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. SMS / text messaging program
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the other categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How you opt in
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Untapped Agents by entering your mobile phone number on our consultation/contact form at untappedagents.ai and checking the unchecked SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of our reply to your inquiry.
Types of messages you may receive
Depending on the program, messages may include:
- Marketing & promotional — updates about our AI agent services, offers, and new features.
- Account & appointment notifications — consultation booking confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices.
- Onboarding & service updates — status changes and informational notices related to services you have requested.
- Customer care — replies to questions and support requests you initiate.
Frequency, cost, and supported carriers
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. Untapped Agents is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS program is offered in the United States; supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and others).
How to opt out and get help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. If you wish to resume messages, sign up again as described above. For assistance, reply HELP to any message or email team@mail.untappedagents.ai.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as follows:
- Service providers. Vendors and subprocessors that help us operate the business (for example, email delivery, customer-relationship-management tools, calendaring, and our SMS messaging provider). These providers are contractually bound to use information only to deliver services to us.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.
As noted above, mobile information and SMS opt-in / consent data are excluded from any sharing with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use a small number of privacy-respecting technologies on our site:
- Essential / functional — brief in-memory state used to make the consultation form, navigation, and live demo work. These are not used for tracking.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first analytics tool that, per Cloudflare, does not use cookies or browser fingerprinting and does not track users across sites. It collects aggregated metrics such as page views, country, and approximate page load time.
- Cloudflare network protection — our site is proxied through Cloudflare for security and performance. Cloudflare receives request metadata (e.g., IP address, user agent) for the limited purposes of mitigating attacks, caching, and routing traffic.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site behavioral tracking. Most browsers let you control or block cookies through their settings; doing so should not impair your ability to use the site.
7. Email marketing and CAN-SPAM
If you provide your email address and have consented (or have an existing business relationship with us), we may send marketing or promotional email about our services in compliance with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act:
- Each marketing email identifies us as the sender and includes our physical mailing address (2108 N ST #8823, Sacramento, CA 95816, USA).
- Each marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe mechanism.
- We honor unsubscribe requests promptly (and in any case within 10 business days, as the law requires).
- Transactional and service-related emails (e.g., consultation confirmations, support replies) may continue regardless of marketing preferences.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
9. Your choices and rights
You can:
- Stop SMS at any time by replying STOP, as described in Section 4.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email by using the link in any marketing email or contacting us directly.
- Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting team@mail.untappedagents.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GDPR).
10. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you specific rights with respect to your personal information. We honor those rights for all California residents who interact with us, regardless of whether we are required to.
Categories of personal information we collect
In the past 12 months we have collected, or may have collected, the following categories of personal information described by the CCPA:
- Identifiers — name, email address, mobile phone number (if provided), IP address.
- Commercial information — record of your consultation request or business relationship with us.
- Internet activity — aggregated metrics from Cloudflare Web Analytics (no individual browsing history).
- Inferences — limited business-context inferences drawn from the information you submit (e.g., that you operate a business interested in AI agents).
Sources, business purposes, and sale/sharing
We collect this information directly from you when you submit a form or otherwise interact with us, and automatically through limited site analytics as described above. We use it for the business purposes described in Section 3 (responding to inquiries, providing services, operating the site, complying with law). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
Your CCPA / CPRA rights
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) share about you, including the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients.
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions under the law.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — though we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising in the first place.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right, but you may request this right anyway.
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
How to exercise these rights
Submit a verifiable consumer request by emailing team@mail.untappedagents.ai with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests; we will ask only for information reasonably necessary to do so. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf with written, signed authorization. We will respond within the time frames required by California law (generally 45 days, with one 45-day extension if needed).
Residents of other U.S. states
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights under their respective laws. You may exercise those rights using the same contact method above.
11. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or storage system is fully secure.
12. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under the age of 16. If you believe we may have collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
13. International users
Untapped Agents operates from the United States and the services are intended for U.S. audiences. If you access the services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws that differ from those of your country. By providing your information, you consent to this transfer and processing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or communicated to you where appropriate.
